# Revenue Generation and Distribution

Revenue in the SOLParty ecosystem will be generated through events, parties, and partnerships, with the following profit distribution:

**30% of the profits generated by HAIZ Productions (Producing company)  are directly allocated to holders as an incentive mechanism.**

* 10% for Buy Back and Burn: Reduction of total supply to increase token value.
* 10% for Staking: Rewards for holders who lock their tokens.
* 10% for Direct Distribution: Proportional payment to all holders.

**The remaining 70% will be distributed as follows:**

* 50% to be invested in upcoming events.
* 20% for the team.

* **VIP Access**: SP token holders will have access to exclusive events, VIP areas and other special benefits.
* **Governance**: Holders will be able to vote on important decisions, such as choosing new event locations, music genres or partnerships with other projects.
* **Exchanges and Experiences**: The token will be used to purchase event tickets, exclusive products and immersive experiences within the SOLParty ecosystem.
